早期康复训练对急性脑卒中神经功能的影响

目的观察早期康复训练对急性脑卒中患者肢体功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法选择92例急性脑卒中患者，随机分为两组，对照组（45例）和康复组（47例），分别采用常规药物治疗和常规药物治疗配合早期康复训练。对每例患者在治疗前和治疗后4周分别进行评价。运动功能采用Fusl-Meyer运动积分法（FMA）测评，日常生活能力（ADL）用Barthel指数评分。结果经4周治疗，Barthel指数及FMA评分均有一定程度的改善，但康复组的改善幅度明显高于时照组（P〈0．01）。结论早期康复训练能明显改善急性脑卒中患者肢体运动功能和日常生活能力，减少致残率。提高患者生活质量。
