| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性光气中毒的临床表现与救治。方法对19例急性光气中毒患者的临床症状、体征、动脉血气变化和肺影像学改变等临床资料进行综合分析。结果本组患者经以糖皮质激素为主的综合治疗后，临床症状及体征迅速改善，动脉血气恢复正常，肺部的影像学变化明显好转。结论急性光气中毒主要引起急性呼吸系统损害，通过以糖皮质激素为主的综合治疗，可以短时间内痊愈。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study clinical manifestation and remedy of acute phosgene poisoning.Methods To aggregate analyse the clinical symptoms,signs,the changes of arterial blood gas and lung imaging and so on of 19 acute phosgene poisoning patients.Results By combined therapy mainly included glucocorticosteroid,the patients' clinical symptoms and signs amend quickly,arterial blood gas returned normal and the changes of lung imaging improved obviously.Conclusion Acute phosgene poisoning cause acute lesion to respiratory system principally,it can be healed in short time by combined therapy mainly included glucocorticosteroid. |
