| 摘 要： | 在摆放截石位时，传统的支腿方式为托腿板托住患者大腿及窝处，其着力点对患者窝部压迫可导致腓总神经损伤，并可影响小腿及足部静脉回流形成静脉血栓。将托腿板置于患者小腿处则可避免上述弊端 |
