医学院校人文素质教育的思考与探索

加强人文素质教育对医学教育的发展、医学生综合能力的培养起着重要的作用。本文在对人文素质教育的内涵诠释，以及在分析新形势下医学院校人文素质教育重要意义的基础上，针对当前医学院校开展人文教育中存在的医学生知识缺乏，教学方法单一，师资配备不合理等问题，提出更新教学理念、加大人文教育重视力度、注重人文教育和专业教育的融合、重视师资培养等措施，从而提高医学生的人文素质、更好地为患者服务。

The Reflection and Exploration Humanistic Education in Medical colleges

The strengthening of humanistic education is important for developing medical education and cultivating comprehensive qualities of medical college students. This paper illustrates the connotations of humanistic education, and analyzes the meaning of humanistic education in medical colleges in the new era. In view of a lack of knowledge about humanistic education, monotonous teaching methods and etcetera, it is suggested to innovate teaching conception, focus on humanistic education, integrate humanistic education and professional education, and improve teaching human resources and so on, so as to develop the humanistic quality of medical students and offer better services.
