| 摘 要： | 作为一种新型学科体制,优势学科群能够提高医院综合实力和在医疗市场中的竞争能力。本文介绍优势学科群的定义及特点,阐述优势学科群的形成过程,并从组织形式和管理模式讲述优势学科群的架构体系。同时结合工作实际,指出优势学科群的建设原则和构建策略。

| Abstract: | As a new discipline system, the advantage disciplinary groups could improve the comprehensive strength and competitiveness of the hospital in the medical market. In this article, the author described the defini- tion and characteristics of the advantage disciplinary group, elaborated the formation process, the organization forms and management architecture system of it. Then combining with the actual, the principles and strategies were intro- duced of the construction of the advantages disciplinary group. |
