| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颅脑外伤术后切口脑脊液漏的有效防治措施。方法回顾分析29例术后脑脊液漏患者的临床资料,治疗方法包括加压包扎,加强漏口缝合,腰穿置管持续引流及手术修补等。结果29例于3~21d脑脊液漏停止,7例合并颅内感染,1例死亡。1例死于多脏器功能衰竭。结论术后出现的切口脑脊液漏通过加压包扎,漏口缝合,腰穿置管持续引流及手术修补等方法能有效地防脑脊液漏。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the prevention and treatment of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) leakage after craniocerebral injury operation.Methods Clinical data of 29 patients with CSF leakage after craniocerebral injury operation were analyzed retrospectively.Treatment include strengthening bandaging,reinforcing stitching fistula,closed continues drainage of CSF leakage via a lumber subarachnoid catheter and reopening incision for repairing.Results 29 patients were successfully treated for CSF leakage in 3-21days,7patients merged craniocerebral influence,1patient died.1patient died or MSOF.Conclusion The managements such as strengthening bandaging,stitching fistula,closed continous drainage of CSF,and repairing duramater were effective and safe approach for treatment and prevention of CSF leakage. |
