玉泉丸对糖代谢异常相关炎性细胞因子的影响

目的观察玉泉丸对糖代谢异常患者相关炎症细胞因子的影响。方法将144例糖代谢异常患者随机分成3组,A组加服玉泉丸,B组加服金芪降糖片,疗程均为3个月,观察患者C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)等炎症细胞因子治疗前后的变化。结果A、B 2组CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),3组间CRP、TNF-α、IL-6治疗前后差值比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论玉泉丸能降低已升高的炎症细胞因子水平。

Influence of Yuquan pill on inflammatory cytokines in saccharometabolism abnormity

Objective It is to observe the influence of Yuquan pill on inflammatory cytokines in patients with saccharometabolism abnormity.Methods 144 patients with saccharometabolism abnormity were randomly divided into three groups.Yuquan pill was added in group A and Jinqijiangtang troche was added in group B,while any traditional Chinese medicine was not added in group C.Period of treatment was three months in every group.The changes of C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in the patients were observed before and after treatment.Results The levels of CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 in group A and group B were all obviously lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).There were significant difference in levels of CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 before and after treatment among three groups(P<0.01).Conclusions Yuquan pill can reduce the risen levels of inflammatory cytokines.
