摘    要:目的:显示不同疫鼠菌株之间的遗传学关系。方法:将鼠疫菌株间的相似程度数值化,进行聚类分析。结果:检验菌株可以聚为2个亚种4个型。结论:由一次流行而生的型彼此间相似程度较高,因各固有疫源地而生的型,其间的差异更为显著。

Abstract:Objective: To determine the genetic relationships between different strains of Yersinia pestis. Method: Transfer the characters between different Y.pestis strains into standardized resemblity values and then perform cluster analysis. Results: The strains studied could be devided into two subspecies and four types. Conclusion: The resemble degree are high due to a same epidemic resulting types, the differences of types from foci are more outstanding.
