Research analysis of the risk factors of bladder stone formed in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia

Objective To explore the risk factors of bladder stones formed in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)and discuss the related nursing measures.Methods To select 180 BPH patients admitted in the hospital from January 2018 to September 2019,78 patients formed bladder stone were set as the case group,102 patients without the bladder stone were set as the control group,by processing the univariate and Logistic regression analysis to find out the risk factors of BPH patients combined with the formation of bladder stone.Results Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that,by comparing age,body mass index,different treatment modalities,intravesical prostatic protrusion(IPP),prostate symptom score(IPSS)of the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that,age,urodynamic parameters Qmax,IPP,IPSS,prostate transition zone volume(TZV),and different surgical treatments were the risk factors for the BPH patients formed the bladder stones,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There were various risk factors caused the formation of bladder stones,target nursing measures should be applied according to the independent factors mentioned above.
