食管癌手术前后血清铜、锌、铁含量改变的观察

测定５０例食管癌患者手术前后血清铜、锌、铁含量和铜／锌比值，与３１例正常人比较，并对手术前后的测定结果进行对比分析。发现食管癌血清铜含量和铜／锌比值显著升高，血清锌、铁含量显著下降（ｒ＜０．０１）；术后３周血清铜含量和铜／锌比值明显降低而锌、铁含量明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）；根治性切除者术后可恢复到正常水平（Ｐ＜０．０５），姑息性切除者恢复困难；术后有癌复发转移时其参数可再度升高或降低。

The serum copper,zinc,iron contentand copper/zinc ratio in 50 esophageal cancer patientswere measured and compared ith that of 31 normaladuIts.The result before operation was contrast tothat after operation,The serum copper and copper/zinc ratio in patients is high significantly and theZinc,iron decreased Significantly(P<0.01); whilethe serum copper and Copper/zinc ratio decreased andzinc,iron increased(P<0.01); three weeks after op-eration these can return to normal after radical opera-tion but it is difficult for preservative resection to re-turn normal,If the cancer have recurred and metasta-sized ,the parameter would rise or reduce again.
