食管癌手术前后血清铜、锌、铁含量改变的观察

摘    要:
测定50例食管癌患者手术前后血清铜、锌、铁含量和铜/锌比值,与31例正常人比较,并对手术前后的测定结果进行对比分析。发现食管癌血清铜含量和铜/锌比值显著升高,血清锌、铁含量显著下降(r<0.01);术后3周血清铜含量和铜/锌比值明显降低而锌、铁含量明显升高(P<0.01);根治性切除者术后可恢复到正常水平(P<0.05),姑息性切除者恢复困难;术后有癌复发转移时其参数可再度升高或降低。

Abstract:
The serum copper,zinc,iron contentand copper/zinc ratio in 50 esophageal cancer patientswere measured and compared ith that of 31 normaladuIts.The result before operation was contrast tothat after operation,The serum copper and copper/zinc ratio in patients is high significantly and theZinc,iron decreased Significantly(P<0.01); whilethe serum copper and Copper/zinc ratio decreased andzinc,iron increased(P<0.01); three weeks after op-eration these can return to normal after radical opera-tion but it is difficult for preservative resection to re-turn normal,If the cancer have recurred and metasta-sized ,the parameter would rise or reduce again.
