西安市长安县肺吸虫病病原形态观察

在长安县肺吸虫病患者居住的山区捕获溪蟹及野生动物果子狸,观察其体内自然感染的并殖吸虫囊蚴,脱囊后尾蚴、童虫,成虫和虫卵的形态 以囊蚴人工感染家犬,观察45、90、180、380天虫龄的虫体和虫卵的形态。根据各期形态特征和测量数值,并与国内报道的并殖吸虫资料比较,鉴定为斯氏并殖吸虫(斯氏狸殖吸虫)。少数虫体形态和数值虽有差异,总体上仍具有斯氏并殖吸虫主要特征。

IDENTIFICATION OF LUNG FLUKES FROM CHANG'AN COUNTY, SHAANXI PROVINCE

Endemic areas of paragonimiasis in Shaanxi Province have been identified since 1962, but the morphology of its ctiologic agents has not been studied in detail. The present article deals with the biology of its pathogens in Chang'an County, Xian City, Shaanxi Province. Cysts, metacerca-riae, adolescariae, adults and eggs from naturally infected vild animals and crabs caught from valleys and mountain streams in endemie area were studied. At the same time, 45-day, 90-day, 180-day and 380-day old worms and eggs obtained from laboratory infected dogs were studied Morphological characteristics and measurements were compared with those of lung flukes from Guangdong, Guangxi, Sichuan, Jiangxi, Fujian, Hubei and Zhejiang Provinces. According to their morphological features, the majority of the flukes were identifed as Paragonimus skrjabini. Some adult specimens varied both in shape and in the ratio of body width to length, but they had basic features of P. skrjabini and were identified as such.
