| 摘 要： | 采用原位核酸杂交技术，地高辛标记人乳头状瘤病毒（ＨＰＶ）６Ｂ／１１，１６／１８型ＤＮＡ作 探针，对４４例喉癌石蜡包埋标本中ＨＰＶ－ＤＮＡ同源序列进行了检测，同时用１６例喉息肉石蜡包埋 标本作为对照。结果显示：ＨＰＶ ６Ｂ／１１杂交阳性者在喉癌组为 ８／４４（１８． ２％），喉息肉组为２／１６ （１２．５％）（Ｐ＞０．０５）；ＨＰＶ １６／１８杂交阳性者在喉癌组为 １９／４４（４３．２％），喉息肉组为 ２／１６ （１２．５％）（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示：ＨＰＶ １６／１８型感染与喉癌的发生有密切关系，是喉癌发病学中一个不 容忽视的致癌因素。 |

| Abstract: | The presence of human papillomavirus(HPV) genomes-6B/11 and,16/18 in 44 paraffin specimens of laryngeal squamous cell carcinomas (LSCC) as well as 16 specimens of laryngeal polyp was examined by in situ hybridization(ISH). HPV genomes-6B/11 was detected in 8 of 44 (18. 2% ) LSCC and in 2 of 16 (12. 5 % ) laryngeal polyp (P<0. 05). HPV genomes(16/18 w4s detected in 19 of 44(43. 2% )LSCC and in 2 of 16(12. 5% ) laryngeal polyp (P<0.05). The results suggest that HPV genomes-16/18 infection may be closely associated with the development of LSCC. |
