| 摘 要： | 目的研究八角茴香药用成分的提取工艺及其对小鼠的镇痛作用。方法采用乙醇提取、乙酸乙酯等有机溶剂萃取八角茴香,经大孔吸附树脂柱分离,得到白色精细粉末的莽草酸,并对莽草酸进行化学定性分析,镇痛实验采用扭体法和温浴法,观察腹腔注射莽草酸溶液(莽草酸组)后小鼠痛阈潜伏期和扭体反应的次数,设阿司匹林和生理盐水为对照组。结果八角茴香含有莽草酸成分,其提取物对扭体法致小鼠疼痛的镇痛作用与生理盐水组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);在给药后20min、60min痛阈潜伏期也比生理盐水组明显延长(P<0.05),但与阿司匹林组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论八角茴香中含有莽草酸,对小鼠具有明显的镇痛作用。 |
