心尖区穿刺留置中心静脉导管引流心包积液的临床分析

目的探讨经心尖区穿刺留置中心静脉导管引流心包积液的临床疗效。方法58例心包积液患者随机分为置管引流组（30例）和单纯穿刺组（28例）。观察两组病人抽液后的临床疗效。结果置管引流组显效19例。有效8例．总有效率90．00％；单纯穿刺组显效4例，有效3例，总有效率25．00％。置管引流组明显优于单纯穿刺组（P〈0．001），操作相关并发症少。结论心包穿刺置管引流术是一种操作简单、安全、有效治疗心包积液的方法。

Clinical analysis of the pericardial effusion drainage by puncturing pericardium of cardiac apex detaining central venous catheter into pericardial cavity

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the pericardial effusion drainage by puncturing pericardium of cardiac apex detaining central venous catheter into pericardial cavity. Methods 58 patients of pericardial effusion were divided randomly into 2 groups, one was drainage group, another was only tap group. The clinical effect of treatment was observed. Results 19 cases were significant effective, 8 cases were effective, the whole effective rate was 90.00% in drainage group, but 4 cases were significant effective, 3 cases were effective, the whole effective rate was 25.00% in only tap group. Compared to only tap group, the whole effective rate increased significantly(P<0.001). Conclusions This method is convenient, safe, effective for the treatment of the pericardial effusion
