| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨64排128层螺旋CT头颈部血管成像(CTA)技术的应用价值.方法:使用GE 64排128层LightSpeed VCT螺旋CT机对42名临床怀疑患头颈部血管疾病的患者行头颈部血管扫描,所有病例都进行血管三维重建.结果:头颈部CTA对于病变大小、形态、范围均能清晰显示,图像均能满足诊断要求.结论:头颈部CTA是一种安全、无创、有价值的诊断方法,在后处理图像上更清楚地显示头颈部血管,为临床治疗提供更多的诊断依据,具有很好的临床筛查及实用价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the value of 64-row and 128-layer spiral CT angiography of head and neck.Methods GE 64-row 128-layer Light Speed VCT spiral CT machine was used to examine 42 patients suspected with vascular diseases of head and neck,and 3D reconstruction of the vessels was performed for all the patients.Results CTA of head and neck could display the size,appearance and scope of the focus clearly,and the images could meet the clinical requirements.Conclusion CTA of head and neck,being safe,noninvasive and valuable,can display the vessels of head and neck in post-operation images and provide reference for clinical treatment. |
