| 摘 要： | 目的 制备高活性的可溶性抗人血管生长素噬菌体基因工程抗体。方法 采用ＥＬＩＳＡ等方法从文库中筛选高活性的抗体,再通过大肠杆菌ＨＢ２１５１使其以可溶性抗体形式表达,结果 获得了可溶性抗人血管生长素噬菌体基因工程抗体,结论 建立一种制备抗人血管生长素抗体的方法,该抗体在肿瘤的临床治疗上具有广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Objective To prepare the high effective and soluble genetic engineering antibody of anti-human angiogenin.Methods By using molecular biological methods such as ELISA et al, the high effective recombinant phage antibodies were screened from the library and infected E. coli HB 2151; The soluble antibodies of anti-human angiogenin were expressed.Results High activities soluble antibody of anti-human angiogenin was prepared.Conclusion A way of preparing anti-human angiogenin antibody is established, which may provide an alternative way in treatment of tumor. |
