地塞米松加甲硝唑治疗静脉输液外渗的疗效观察

目的探讨地塞米松加甲硝唑治疗静脉输液外渗的疗效。方法将70例静脉输液外渗病人分为两组,治疗组35例,给予地塞米松10 mg加甲硝唑100 ml;对照组35例,给予50%硫酸镁湿敷。结果治疗组和对照组的疗效比较,治疗组总有效率97.14%（34/35）,痊愈率77.14%（27/35）,对照组总有效率85.71%（30/35）,痊愈率48.57%（17/35）,两组痊愈率比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,具有统计学意义。结论地塞米松加甲硝唑治疗静脉输液外渗效果满意,明显优于50%硫酸镁。

Efficacy of dexamethasone combined metronidazole in the treatment of intravenous infusion extravasation

Objective To study the effect of dexamethasone combined with metronidazole in the treatment of intravenous infusion extravasation. Methods A total of 70 cases of extravasation of intravenous infusion patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Each group included 35 patients.Patients in treatment group received Dexamethasone 10 mg plus metronidazole 100 ml hydropathic compress while the patients in control group received 50% magnesium sulfate hydropathic compress. Results In treatment group,the total efficiency was 97. 14%（ 34 /35） and the cure rate was 77. 14%（ 27 /35）,and the total efficiency in control group was 85. 71%（ 30 /35） and the cure rate was 48. 57%（ 17 /35）. Cure rate showed a significant difference between the two groups（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Dexamethasone combined with metronidazole plays a satisfactory result in the treatment of intravenous infusion extravasation. Its effect was better than 50% magnesium sulfate.
