护理干预对断指再植术后患者尿潴留的效果观察

目的：比较2种不同的诱导排尿方法对断指再植术后卧床患者尿潴留的应用效果。方法将140例尿潴留患者随机分为实验组和对照组，试验组80例，对照组60例。试验组用到温水不间断缓慢冲洗会阴部，流量稍大于正常尿量，直到排出尿液为止，如果冲洗5 min还没排出，暂时休息，稍后继续，可反复3次。对照组采用膀胱区热敷，听流水声。比较2种方法的一次性成功率。结果实验组一次性成功率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论采用温水缓慢冲洗会阴部解决尿潴留成功率高；对断指再植绝对卧床尿潴留患者及时给予护理干预，有利于提高再植指的成功率。具有临床推广价值。

Observation on nursing intervention in patients with retention of urine after replantation of amputated ;fingers

Objective To compare 2 different methods in the application of induced urination after replantation of amputated fingers in the patients with urinary retention .Methods 140 cases of urinary retention were randomly divided into experimental group and control group , 80 cases were in the experimental group , and 60 cases were in the control group .The test group used warm water to rinse perineal uninterrupted slowly , slightly larger than the normal flow of urine volume , urine until discharged.If not, broke and continued later, repeated 3 times.The control group used bladder region hot compress , listened to the sound of running water , and then compared the one-time success rate between 2 methods .Results The success rate of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group , with statistically significant difference between the 2 groups （ P 〈0.05）.Conclusions Using warm water rinse perinea to solve the slow urinary retention has a high success rate of replantation of amputated finger; nursing intervention in time to the absolute bed urine retention will improve the success rate of replantation of amputated finger and be worth clinical expansion .
