护理持续改进在骨科病房中的应用

摘    要:
目的:探讨骨科病房临床护理持续质量改进的效果。方法针对本科室骨科病房13名护士进行临床护理持续改进,成立护理质量持续改进控制小组,总结并分析骨科临床护理工作中出现的问题及需要改进的地方,制定相应的改进方案并给予培训考核,对比改进后患者对临床护理工作的满意度。结果护理持续改进后患者的满意率及满意度的评分情况显著高于改进前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过在骨科病房内实施护理质量管理,持续改进护理工作中的问题,有效的加强了护士的技术与能力,提高了护理的整体质量水平,增加了患者的满意度,效果显著,值得推广。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing care wards of Department of orthopedics , continuous quality improvement .Methods The clinical nursing of continuous improvement for the undergraduate Room Department of orthopedics ward 13 nurses, nursing quality control group was founded in continuous improvement , summarizing and analyzing the problems in clinical nursing work in Department of orthopedics and areas in need of improvement , make corresponding improvement scheme and give training examination, the improved contrast patients for clinical nursing work satisfaction . Results The nursing satisfaction rate of patients after the continuous improvement and satisfaction scores were significantly higher than before improvement, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0.05).Conclusions Through the implementation of nursing quality management in the department of orthopedics , wards, continuous improvement of nursing work problems , effectively strengthen the technology and ability of nurses , improve the overall quality level of care , increased patient satisfaction , significant effect , worthy of promotion .
