川百止痒洗剂联合0.05%卤米松乳膏治疗婴幼儿湿疹的临床疗效

目的探讨川百止痒洗剂联合0.05%卤米松乳膏治疗婴幼儿湿疹的临床疗效。方法将我院2011年6月至2013年5月收治的婴幼儿湿疹患儿120例纳入本研究,随机分成3组。A组采用0.05%卤米松乳膏局部涂抹,B组采用川百止痒洗剂稀释后局部涂抹,C组采用川百止痒洗剂联合0.05%卤米松乳膏治疗。连续用药2周,对比三组临床疗效的差异性。结果与A组对比,我们发现C组总有效率明显较高,组间差异经统计学分析后认为有意义（P〈0.05）。B组总有效率与A组无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论采用川百止痒洗剂联合0.05%卤米松乳膏治疗婴幼儿湿疹疗效确切,今后可将其在临床推广应用。

The clinical efficacy of chuanbai anti- itching lotion combined with 0. 05% halide betamethasone baby eczema cream in treating babyeczema

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of chuanbai anti-itching lotion combined with 0.05% halide betamethasone baby eczema cream in treating baby eczema. Methods 120 cases of children suffered from infantile eczema and got therapy in our hospital during June 2011 and May 2013 were divided into 3 groups randomly. Patients in group A were local daubed with0. 05% Halide betamethasone,patients in group B were treated withchuanbai anti- itching lotion dilution by local daubing,patients in group C received anti- itching lotion combined with 0. 05% halide betamethasone cream. The treatment lasted for 2 weeks,thencompared the clinical curative effects of the three groups. Results We found that the total effective rate of group C significantly higher than group A（ P〈0. 05）. The difference of total effective rate between groupB and group A was not statisticallySignificant（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusions Chuanbai anti- itching lotion combined with 0. 05% halide betamethasone baby eczema cream was effective for treatingbaby eczema.
