| 摘 要： | 目的分析我院COPD患者急性加重期痰不动杆菌对常用抗菌药的耐药性。方法回顾性分析2007年1月～2009年12月期间我院COPD患者痰培养所分离的不动杆菌68株,体外药敏试验耐药情况。结果鲍曼/溶血不动杆菌的2007,2008,2009年耐药菌株在增加,对亚胺培南耐药率有明显上升趋势。结论不动杆菌属的耐药率逐年上升。需合理使用抗生素,监控该菌流行情况。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyzethedrugresistanceofacinetobacterisolated fromtheinpatientssputumofacuteexacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods The susceptibility tests in vitro on drugs resistance of 68 strains of acinetobacter isolated from the sputum culture of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients were studied retrospectively（from January 2007 to December 2009 of our hospital）,and the data were analyzed.Results In 2008 and 2009,the drugs resistance ratio of acinetobacter increased more significantly than that in 2007.Conclusion The drugs resistance ratio of baumanii orhaemolyticus increase year by year,so we must adjust the application of antibacteial agent on these grounds. |
