| 摘 要： | 用豚鼠制作哮喘模型，哮喘激发后１、２４ｈ及激素干扰后激发１和２４ｈ分别检测血清中Ｃｒ，Ｎｉ，Ｍｎ，Ｐｂ，Ｃｕ，Ｚｎ，Ｆｅ。结果：各组间均呈有意义变化（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１），以Ｃｒ，Ｚｎ，Ｆｅ变化明显。提示：哮喘发作后可引起血清中某些微量元素的变化，糖皮质激素对微量元素的含量有干预作用。

| Abstract: | The modes were made with guine pigs.After stimulation 1 hour,24 hours and after effecting with glucocoriticoids 1 hour,24 hours, test Cr,Ni,Pb,Cu,Zn and Fe in their serum.Result:There are singificant difference among any groups (P<0.05 or<0.01),specially Cr,Zn and Fe,Conclusion:Allergic asthma can change volume of some microelements in serum.Glucocoriticoids can effect the volume of them. |
