| Abstract: | Monoclonal antibodies were produced against the histidine-rich protein of Plasmodium lophurae and tested for reactivity with Plasmodium falciparum antigens. One anti-histidine-rich protein monoclonal antibody showed immunological cross-reactivity with polypeptides of P. falciparum synthesized in vivo and in vitro. |
