A series of 36 lumbar spinal stenosis was investigated. The emphasis laid on comparison of CT myelographic and surgical findings. CTM is an optimal procedure in diagnosis of lumbar spinal stenosis. It can directly delineate changes of the disc, dural sac, nerve root sheath, and epidufal space in detail. |
