CT导向下^125Ⅰ粒子组织间植入治疗胰腺癌的护理

目的：探讨护理在CT导向下^125I粒子组织间永久性植入治疗胰腺癌的具体措施及作用。方法：对63例实施^125I粒子组织间植入治疗的胰腺癌患者进行积极护理,包括充分的术前准备、术中配合及术后护理。结果：63例患者术前均无明显恐惧心理,术中能积极配合,确保了穿刺准确及粒子的顺利植入,术后无明显并发症,积极合理的引导患者饮食,患者体质恢复较快,疼痛症状明显改善。结论：CT导向下^125I粒子组织间植入是一项创伤小、疗效肯定的治疗胰腺癌的新技术,积极充分的护理工作在整个治疗过程中起着非常重要的作用。

The nurse during treatment of pancreatic carcinoma by 125 I seeds interstitial implantation under CT-guidance

Objective：To investigate specific measure and value of the nurse during treatment of pancreatic carcinoma by 125I seeds interstitial implantation under CT-guidance.Methods：Brachytherapy implantation of 125I seeds was used in sixty-three patients with pancreatic carcinoma.All patients received positive care,including preoperativ preparatiion,operative cooperation,and postoperative care.Results：There was no apprehensive mood in all patients.The CT-guided 125I seeds were all implanted successfully for the operative cooperation and the accurated puncture.The frequent complications did not occur,and the reasonable eating benefited to the recovery and pain relief.Conclusion：By CT-guided percutaneous paracentesis implantation of 125I seeds is effective and safe for patients with pancreatic carcinoma and nursing service is great important for the treatment.
