善得定和垂体后叶素治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血对照研究

目的　评价善得定治疗食道静脉曲张破裂出血的作用。方法　将不同时期善得定与传统的垂体后叶素治疗食道静脉曲张破裂出血患者分两组 ,作对照研究。结果　善得定组治疗有效率达 80 .0 7% ,较垂体后叶素组 5 6 .71%有明显提高 (P <0 .0 5 )。善得定组再出血发生率为 4.6 5 % ,较垂体后叶素组 ( 11.94% )有明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。而副作用善得定组为 2 .33% ,垂体后叶素组为 2 6 .87% (P <0 .0 1)。结论　善得定为治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血的有效、安全的药物。

Constract Study on Sandostatin and Pituitrin Treating Esophageal Varice s Bleeding

Objective To evaluate the effect of sandostatin in treating esophageal varices bleeding.Method 53 patients with esophageal varices bleeding(treatment group) were treated with sandostatin.The effect was compared with the control group(n=67) which were treated with pituitin.Results The total effective rate was 80.07% in treatment group and 56.71% in control group.There was a significant difference between two groups( P <0.05).The re-bleeding rate in treatment group(4.65%) was significantly lower than that in control group(11.94%, P <0.05).The occurrence rate of side-effects was 2.33% in treatment group and 26.87% in control group( P <0.01).Conclusions These results suggest that sandostatin is safe and effective,and is worth popularizing.
