胼胝体梗死的临床与影像学分析(附7例报告)

目的 探讨胼胝体梗死患者的临床与影像学特点.方法 回顾性分析7例胼胝体梗死患者的临床表现及影像学资料.结果 胼胝体梗死较少见,临床表现复杂,经常被合并的其他病灶所掩盖,精神障碍、智能障碍以及肢体失用较多见.病灶以胼胝体压部单发小病灶为多,多合并其他部位梗死灶.胼胝体梗死诊断主要依靠MRI.结论 胼胝体梗死较少见,临床表现复杂,MRI是确诊的依据.

The clinical characteristics and image changes in 7 patients with corpus callosal infarction (report of 7 cases)

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and image changes in 7 patients with corpus callosal stroke. Methods The history, symptoms as well as image changes of 7 patients, with corpus callosal infarction were analyzed. Results Corpus callosal infarction was a rare disease, but its clinical expressions were relatively complicated and were frequently covered by other coexisted cerebrovascular lesions. Mental and psychological abnormalities were the prominent clinical characteristics of corpus callosal infarction. Corpus callosal infarction was often coexisted with other area infarctions. Psycholoqical abnormalities were the marked clinical characteristics of corpus callosal infarction. MRI were highly sensitive for corpus callosal infartion. Conclusions Corpus callosal infarction is a rare disease, its clinical presentations are complicated and its diagnosis depends on MRI changes.
