| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨眼科流动手术车规模化手术感染的发生因素及控制措施.方法 引进IsO9001标准对眼科流动手术车规模化手术进行管理,建立相关流动手术车及规模化手术管理制度,编写手术车各岗位职责,手术准入管理规范;严格术前筛查与术前准备,加强对手术车内环境消毒,预防空气污染;确保诊疗器械清洗、灭菌质量等综合方法 实施.结果 规模化手术流程更加科学合理;基本实现了全程、全面、适时和事前控制,无一例发生感染及严重并发症、医疗差错及医疗投诉.结论 引进ISO9001标准对手术车进行医院感染的质量管理、严格执行ISO管理流程,确保了流动手术车复明工程的安全运行. |
