| 摘 要： | 目的:观察香麻寒喘贴止咳平喘作用。方法:氨水、枸椽酸喷雾、乙酰胆碱引喘观察动物咳喘情况,巴豆油致敏观察抗炎作用,环磷酰胺(Cy)致小鼠免疫功能低下。结果:香麻寒喘贴对可减少动物咳嗽次数,减少哮喘发生率,抑制巴豆油所致小鼠炎症反应,减轻环磷酰胺所致免疫功能低下。结论:香麻寒喘贴具有止咳平喘、抗炎、增强免疫作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effects of Xianmahanchuantie(XMHCT) on relieving cough and asthma.Methods: Observe cough incubation and frequency by spraying ammonia water,citric acid in mice,asthma were induced by acetylcholine in guinea pigs,inflammatory effect by croton oil in rat, immune hypofunction caused by cyclophosphamide.Results: XMHCT could prolong cough incubation and reduced cough frequency,decrease rate of asthma breaking out,restrain auris swelling induced by bean oil in mice,promote mice immune function injuried by cyclophosphamide.Conclusion: XMHCT could stop coughing and eliminate phlegm,had the effects of anti-inflammatory and enhancing immune function. |
