胃癌及癌前病变组织CD44v6的表达

目的 探讨CD44v6在胃癌及癌前病变组织中的表达。方法 运用免疫组化方法检测30例浅表性胃炎、34例中重度萎缩性胃炎、34例胃粘膜不典型增生患者活检胃粘膜及64例胃癌患者手术切除病理组织中CD44v6的表达。 结果 CD44v6表达阳性率在浅表性胃炎、中重度萎缩性胃炎、不典型增生及胃癌分别为3.33%(1/30)、14.71% (5/34)、44.12%(15/34)及60.94 % (39/64)。不典型增生及胃癌患者阳性率高于浅表性胃炎与中重度萎缩性胃炎患者 (均P<0.01) ,中重度萎缩性胃炎与浅表性胃炎患者差别无显著性意义 ;CD44v6表达与胃癌远处转移有关 (P<0.05) ,与淋巴转移、不同性别、肿瘤长径是否大于5cm及发生部位、大体类型、组织类型、分化程度和浸润深度无明显关系。 结论 胃活检组织CD44v6检测可能有助于胃癌早期诊断和推测远处转移趋势。

Expression of CD44 splice variant 6 in human gastric cancer and precancerous lesions

Objective To study the expression of CD44 splice variant 6 (CD44v6) in human gastric cancer and precancerous lesions.Methods The expression of CD44v6 was studied in the biopsy specimens of superficial gastritis(30 cases),moderate-severe atrophic gastritis (34 cases), dysplastic gastric mucosa (34 cases) and surgical gastric cancer tissues(64 cases)by immunohistochemical method.Results The positive rate of CD44v6 in superficial gastritis,moderate-severe atrophic gastritis, dysplastic gastric mucosa and gastric cancer tissues were 3.33 %(1/30), 14.71%(5/34), 44.12 (15/34) and 60.94%(39/64) respectively.The positive rates were significantly higher in dysplastic gastric mucosa and gastric cancer tissues than those of superficial and moderate-severe atrophic gastritis mucosa(P<0.01).The expressions of CD44v6 were related to distant metastasis (P<0.05) but not related to lymphatic metastasis. Conclusion Determination of CD44v6 in biopsy specimens by immunohistochemistry might be useful in early diagnosis and predicting the potential distant metastasis.
