通阳化气治疗胃癌术后盗汗的临床效果分析

目的：探讨胃癌术后盗汗患者采用通阳化气法治疗的临床效果。方法随机选取2014年1月—2015年12月间该院门诊及住院收治的60例胃癌术后盗汗的患者,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组给予通阳化气法治疗,比较两组治疗效果及生后质量改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组为80.0%,比较差异有统计学意义P﹤0.05；治疗后,治疗组心理、躯体及社会功能评分分别为(54.7±8.5)、(58.4±8.5)及(55.3±9.1)明显优于对照组,P﹤0.05。结论在胃癌术后盗汗患者的临床治疗中应用通阳化气法治疗,效果显著,改善患者生活质量,值得推广。

The Analysis of Clinical Effect for the Treatment of Gastric Cancer Postop-erative Night Sweats by Tong Yang biogas

Objective Discussion on patients with gastric cancer after sweating through clinical effect of yang qi .Methods Treatment. Methods Random select our hospital outpatient and hospitalization in January 2014 — December 2015 were 60 cases of postoperative gastric cancer patients with night sweats, which were randomly divided into control group and treat-ment group, 30 cases, control group given conventional treatment, treatment group given tong Yang gas treatment method, compare the two groups after treatment effect and quality improvement. Results The total effective rate was 96.7% in the control group was 80.0%, the difference was significant P<0.05,After treatment,the scores of psychological,Physicaland so-cial function in the treatment group were (54.7 ±8.5)、(58.4 ±8.5)、(55.3 ±9.1), treatment group than the control groupP <0.05. Conclusion In patients with gastric cancer after sweating through clinical application of yang qi Therapy, the effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
