臭氧与伊曲康唑、硝酸咪康唑栓联合治疗念珠菌性阴道炎疗效观察

目的：探究臭氧与伊曲康唑、硝酸咪康唑栓联合治疗念珠菌性阴道炎疗效。方法整群选择2014年2月—2015年2月期间该院收治的94例念珠菌阴道炎患者，根据给药不同分为观察组和对照组各47例，对照组予以伊曲康唑、硝酸咪康唑栓治疗，观察组在此基础上予以臭氧治疗，观察对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组临床总有效率为93.6%，明显高于对照组78.7%，P<0.05；观察组复发率为6.8%，明显低于对照组的21.6%，P<0.05。结论对念珠菌性阴道炎患者在临床用药基础上，辅以臭氧治疗，可进一步提高临床疗效，且复发率较低。

The Observation of Ozone and Itraconazole,Mico Nazole Nitrate Supposito-ries Combined Treatment of Candidal Vaginitis

Objective To explore the ozone and itraconazole, Mico Nazole Nitrate Suppositories combined treatment of can-didal vaginitis. Methods Group selection february 2014 -February 2015 period in our hospital 94 cases of Candida vagini-tis, according to the administration were divided into two groups and the control group of 47 patients in control group were given itraconazole, imidazole nitrate miconazole suppository treatment, observation group were given ozone therapy based on this observation contrast clinical efficacy.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.6%, significantly higher than the control group 78.7%, P< 0.05; the recurrence rate of the observation group was 6.8%, significantly lower than that of the control group of 21.6%, P< 0.05. Conclusion On the basis of clinical treatment of patients with Candida vaginitis, combined with ozone therapy, the clinical efficacy can be further improved, and the recurrence rate is low.
