保乳术与改良根治术联合背阔肌乳房成形术的临床疗效分析

目的：分析保乳术与改良根治术联合背阔肌成形术对于早期乳腺癌患者的临床效果。方法整群选取在2014年12月—2015年12月期间该院收治的早期乳腺癌患者共94例作为研究对象,按照患者来院接受治疗的顺序将其分组,即51例早期乳腺癌患者作为保乳组,43例早期乳腺癌患者作为改良根治组,比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量及并发症发生率。结果保乳组患者的手术时间(169.4±13.8)min、住院时间(12.7±2.1)d、术中出血量(176.4±14.7) mL、术后并发症发生率(21.4%)均显著低于改良根治组的手术时间(185.7±19.7)min、住院时间(14.8±3.4)d、术中出血量(192.3±18.4)mL及术后并发症发生率(37.9%),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保乳术对乳房的切除较少,外观影响较小,明显提高患者的术后的生活质量。

Clinical Curative Effect Analysis of Breast Conserving Surgery Combined with Modified Radical Mastectomy and Breast Reconstruction

Objective To analysis confirmed breast augmentation with modified radical lats keratoplasty for the clinical ef-fect of early breast cancer patients. Methods Gruop selected during the period from December 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital in patients with early stage breast cancer a total of 94 cases of early breast cancer patients, which 51 cases of early breast cancer patients as the conservative group, 43 cases of early breast cancer patients as modified radical group, were compared between the two groups in operative time, the bleeding volume and the incidence of complications. Results The operation time patients in the insurance group (169.4 ±13.8) min, length of hospital stay (12.7 ±2.1) d, intraoperative blood loss (176.41±4.7) mL, the incidence of postoperative complications (21.4%) were significantly lower than group modi-fied radical operation time (185.7±19.7) min, length of hospital stay (14.8±3.4)d, intraoperative blood loss (192.3±18.4)mL and postoperative complications (37.9%), the comparison of two groups of patients with statistical significance (P< 0.05). Conclusion Confirmed breast augmentation excision of breast is less, less influence appearance, significantly improve the patient's postoperative quality of life.
