阿托品压抑疗法与遮盖疗法用于治疗小儿弱视的效果比较

目的：比较阿托品压抑疗法与遮盖疗法用于治疗小儿弱视的效果。方法随机选取在2012年3月—2014年3月期间在厦门大学附属厦门眼科中心小儿眼科进行弱视治疗的小儿患者84例为研究对象，分为实验组与对照组，每组各42例。采用阿托品压抑疗法的为实验组，采用遮盖疗法的为对照组，比较两组患儿在相应治疗中的依从性与治疗后的疗效。结果实验组好率69.05%、总依从率90.47%，均高于对照组28.57%与61.90%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组痊愈率与总有效率分别为23.81%与85.71%，均优于对照组11.90%与57.14%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与遮盖疗法相比较，运用阿托品压抑疗法治疗小儿弱视能取得更加明确而优异的疗效，提高患者依从性，保障患儿接受足够的治疗时间。

Comparative Study of the Curative Effect on Atropine Depressive Therapy and Cover Therapy of Children with Amblyopia

Objective To compare the atropine depressive therapy and cover therapy for the treatment of children with am-blyopia. Methods The 84 cases of pediatric patients with amblyopia were selected as the research object during March 2012 to March 2014, were divided into the experimental group and control group randomly, 42 cases in each group, the ex-perimental group used atropine depressive therapy, the control group used cover therapy, to compare the compliance and curative effect. Results The good rate and total compliance rate of experimental group respectively were 69.05% and 90.47%, better than the control group of 28.57%and 61.90%(P<0.05);The cure rate and total effective rate of experimen-tal group respectively were 23.81%and 85.71%, were superior to control group of 11.90% and 57.14%(P< 0.05).Conclu-sion Compared with cover therapy, the atropine depressive therapy can obtain more clear and excellent curative effect, im-prove patient compliance, ensure that children have enough treatment time.
