经食管实时三维动态超声心动图在二尖瓣脱垂手术中的应用价值

目的：探讨经食管实时三维动态超声心动图在心脏外科二尖瓣脱垂手术中的应用价值。方法于2015年4—12月在该院超声心动图诊断二尖瓣脱垂的，拟行心脏外科手术的55例患者，行经食管实时三维动态超声心动图术前及术后监测，术前观察二尖瓣的三维的形态及结构、功能及反流程度，手术完成心脏复跳后再次观察成形瓣膜及其附属结构的形态、功能及反流情况。结果55例患者均能够清晰显示二尖瓣三维图像并定位脱垂部位，10例由二尖瓣成形术改为人工瓣膜置换术，术后即刻观察成形术效果或评价人工瓣膜功能。结论经食管实时三维超声心动图有助于提高瓣膜成形术的成功率,减少手术并发症，为心脏手术术前决策及术后效果评价提供重要信息。

The Value of Realtime Threedimensional Transesophageal Echocardiography in the Surgery of Mitral Valve Prolapse Plasty

Objective Discussion the value of realtime threedimensional transesophageal echocardiography in the surgery of mitral valve prolapse. Methods Thirty-five patients who will underwent went cardiac surgery diagnosed mitral valve pro-lapse from April 2015 to December 2015,we use realtime threedimensional transesophageal echocardiography before and after mitral valve surgery,observe the shap and structure of mitral valve,and the degree of regurgitation. Results Realtime threedimensional transesophageal echocardiography could clearly show the image of mitral valve and the location of mitral valve prolapse,and evaluate the function of prosthetic valves or nativ evalves after operation instantly.Conclusion Realtime threedimensional transesophageal echocardiographyimprovedthe success rate of the valvuloplasty to reduce complications.For heart surgery preoperative decision and postoperative effect evaluation provides important information.
