多潘立酮联合复方消化酶治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效

目的：分析功能性消化不良实施药物联合治疗的效果。方法随机选取该院2015年1—12月收治的80例功能性消化不良患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组，对照组（多潘立酮治疗)、试验组（多潘立酮+复方消化酶治疗)各40例。观察临床疗效，比较症状积分和改善时间。结果试验组治疗有效38例（95.0%)，高于对照组的32例（80.0%)；试验组治疗后症状积分、改善时间为(3.5±1.4)min、(5.4±1.2)d，对照组为(6.0±1.8)min、(7.6±1.5)d。 P﹤0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论多潘立酮、复方消化酶联合治疗功能性消化不良疗效确切，有利于改善临床症状，值得推广。

The Clinical Curative Effect of Domperidone Combined with Compound Di-gestive Enzymes in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

Objective To analyze the effect of drug combination therapy on functional dyspepsia(FD). Methods In our hos-pital from January 2015 to December 2015 80 cases of FD adverse patient as the research object and randomly assigned to two group, the control group (domperidone treatment), experimental group (domperidone and compound digestive enzyme treatment), 40 cases in each. To observe the clinical effect, to compare the symptom score and the improvement time. Re-sults The experimental group was effective in 38 cases (95.0%), higher than the control group of 32 cases (80.0%); the ex-perimental group after treatment symptom score, improvement time was (3.5±1.4)min,(5.4±1.2)d, the control group was (6.0± 1.8)min, (7.6±1.5)d. P﹤ 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Domperidone and compound digestive enzyme combination therapy of FD is exact, is conducive to the improvement of clinical symptoms, worthy of promotion.
