心电图与冠状动脉造影诊断冠心病的对比

目的：对比心电图与冠状动脉造影诊断冠心病的临床效果。方法整群选取2013年3月—2015年11月收治患冠心病患者166例，随机分为心电图组和造影组，每组83例。心电图组给予行心电图检查，造影组给予冠状动脉造影检查，检查结果对比分析。结果心电图组阳性率为90.36%﹑阴性率为40.96%与造影组对比(83.13%﹑44.58%)，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论2种检查对冠心病诊断无差别，但心电图乃对冠心病检查诊断具有一定作用，对冠心病病变诊断率较高。

Electrocardiogram and Coronary Artery Angiography in the Diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To compare the electrocardiogram (ecg) and coronary artery angiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease clinical effect. Methods Group selection march 2013 to November 2015 treated 166 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into electrocardiogram (ecg) group and contrast group, 83 cases in each group. Electro-cardiogram (ecg) group was given ecg examination, imaging group was given coronary angiography examination, examination results contrast analysis. Results The electrocardiogram (ecg) positive rate was 90.36%, the negative rate of 40.96% com-pared with contrast group (83.13%, 44.58%), no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion There was no difference in the two to coronary heart disease diagnosis, but the diagnosed coronary heart disease have a certain effect on electrocardio-gram (ecg) is, for coronary disease diagnosis rate is higher.
