妇科化疗患者PICC置管中整体护理干预的效果观察

目的：分析整体护理干预在妇科化疗患者PICC置管中的应用效果。方法从该院2013年7月—2015年4月妇科收治肿瘤患者中随机抽选80例作为对象,按随机抽样法分成两组：常规组40例患者行基础护理,干预组40例患者行整体护理干预,评定护理干预后的效果。结果干预组的并发症率（5.0%）少于常规组（20.0%）,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;干预组的护理满意率（97.5%）高于对照组（75.0%）,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论临床妇科化疗患者PICC置管中实施整体护理干预作用突出,可预防并发症,减轻疼痛度,提高护理质量,值得借鉴。

Efficacy in Patients with Gynecologic Chemotherapy PICC Catheter in Holistic Nursing Interventions

Objective To analyze the overall nursing intervention in patients with gynecologic chemotherapy PICC catheter application effect. Methods Random selection from my hospital in July 2013—April 2015 drawing 80 cases of gynecologi-cal cancer patients treated as an object, according to random sampling divided into two groups: group of 40 patients under-went routine primary care, the intervention group, 40 patients underwent whole nursing intervention, evaluation of the effect of nursing intervention. Results The complication rate of the intervention group (5.0%) was less than that of the convention-al group (20.0%), P<0.05, there was difference. The rate of nursing satisfaction (97.5%) of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group (75.0%), P<0.05, there was a difference. Conclusion PICC catheter in the implementation of holistic nursing intervention chemotherapy clinical gynecological prominent role, can prevent complications, reduce pain, improve quality of care, it is worth learning from.
