探析氢氧化钙在年轻恒牙牙髓治疗中的疗效

目的：研究氢氧化钙在年轻恒牙牙髓治疗中的临床疗效。方法随机选取2013年6月—2015年1月期间在该院收治的第一磨牙牙髓炎患者和根尖周炎年轻恒牙患者100例115牙为研究对象，给予氢氧化钙进行牙髓治疗，对其临床治疗效果进行探析。结果对72颗牙髓炎和根尖周炎患牙采用氢氧化钙常规根管治疗的成功率为94.44%，明显高于对43颗深龋所致意外穿髓和医源性牙髓外漏患牙采取活髓切断术和盖髓术进行治疗的成功率86.05%，两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据两组数据对比说明，氢氧化钙在年轻恒牙牙髓治疗中的有显著疗效，安全性较高，在临床上推广有较高的应用价值。

Analysis of Curative Effect of Calcium Hydroxide in the Young Heng Fang Pulp Treatment

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of calcium hydroxide in the young heng fang pulp treatment. Methods To choose in June 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital during the period of the first molar of pulpitis and apical periarthritis young permanent teeth, 100 cases of patients with 115 teeth as the research object, give calcium hydroxide for pulp treatment, to analysis the clinical therapeutic effect. Results Of 72 pulpitis and apical periarthritis of tooth using cal-cium hydroxide routine root canal treatment success rate was 94.44%, significantly higher than in 43 accident caused by a deep caries in pulp and iatrogenic leakage risk of dental pulp take live pith amputation and dental pulp treatment success rate 86.05%, the difference of the was statically significant two groups of data are different (P< 0.05). Conclusion On the basis of comparing two sets of data show that calcium hydroxide in young heng fang pulp treatment curative effect signifi-cantly, safe and reliable, is worth in the clinical application and spread.
