慢性阻塞性肺疾病并呼吸衰竭患者辅以无创呼吸机疗效观察

目的：探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病并呼吸衰竭患者辅以无创呼吸机的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院慢性阻塞性肺疾病并呼吸衰竭患者55例，收治时间为2013年8月—2014年9月期间，并将慢性阻塞性肺疾病并呼吸衰竭患者随机分为两组(观察组和对照组)，对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上再采用无创呼吸机治疗，比较两组患者治疗后的PaCO2、PaO2、SaO2指标变化。结果观察组患者治疗后的PaCO2（53.69±13.41）mmHg、PaO2（62.46±7.57） mmHg、SaO2（97.24±2.45）指标显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病并呼吸衰竭患者辅以无创呼吸机具有良好的治疗效果。

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Respiratory Failure Patients Noninvasive Ventilator Curative Effect Observation

Objective To observe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure patients with the clinical curative effect of noninvasive ventilator. Methods Convenient to choose our 55 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure, treated for during August 2013 to September 2014, and patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure were randomly divided into two groups (observation group) and control group, control group using conventional treatment, on the basis of the observation group was treated in the control group by nonin-vasive ventilator treatment, compared two groups of patients after treatment of PaCO2, PaO2, SaO2 index changes. Results The observation group of patients after treatment of PaCO2(53.69 ± 13.41) mmHg, PaO2 (62.46 ± 7.57) mmHg, SaO2(97.24 ± 2.45) index significantly better than that of control group,the difference was stcltistically siqni ficant. (P< 0.05).Conclusion Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure by noninvasive breathing machine has a good therapeutic effect.
