探讨舌癌前臂游离皮瓣修复术患者的精神症状及护理干预

目的：探讨舌癌前臂游离皮瓣修复术患者的治疗精神状态以及护理干预效果。方法由2014年1月―2016年1月在该院进行舌癌前臂游离皮瓣修复术患者中方便选取100例进行研究,根据患者采用的不同护理方法将其分为观察组与对照组各50例,对照组患者采用的是常规护理方法展开护理,观察组患者采用护理干预手段,比较两组患者的护理干预对患者精神状态的改善情况以及对精神状态造成的不良影响。结果观察组患者在强迫、恐惧、抑郁等精神症状改善方面均比对照组患者显著性更好且差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组患者干预后狂躁兴奋精神状态出现的较多,不良影响率为22%,而对照组患者主要表现的精神状态为紧张痛苦,总的不良影响率为64%,明显高于观察组患者差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论护理干预在舌癌前臂游离皮瓣修复术患者中有较高的护理价值,值得广泛推广应用。

To Investigate the Mental Symptoms and Nursing Intervention in Patients with Forearm Free Flap Repair of Tongue Cancer

Objective To investigate the treatment of mental state of patients with tongue cancer forearm free flap repair and nursing intervention. Methods Convenient selection in January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital for patients with tongue cancer forearm free skin flap transplantation in selected 100 cases studied, according to different nursing methods of patients using will the divided into observation group and control group, each of 50 cases. The control group was treated with is routine nursing method of unfolding nursing, the patients in the observation group were given nursing intervention, were compared between the two groups of nursing intervention on the mental status of the patients with improvement and adverse effects of mental state caused by. Results Patients in the observation group were significantly better than the con-trol group in the improvement of mental symptoms such as obsessive-compulsive, fear, depression and other symptomsThe difference was statistically significant, P<0.05. Patients in the intervention group were observed after manic excitement more mental state, the adverse effect rate was 22%, while the control group were the main performance of the mental state intense pain and adverse effect rate was 64%, significantly higher than the patients in the observation groupThe difference was sta-tistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion nursing intervention in patients with tongue cancer forearm free skin flap trans-plantation in patients with a higher value in nursing, it is worth to be widely promoted and applied.
