MEEK植皮在大面积烧伤肉芽创面中的应用

目的：对MEEK植皮在大面积烧伤肉芽创面中的应用进行分析和探讨。方法整群选取该院2013年5月—2015年3月收治的34例大面积烧伤患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组患者接受MEEK植皮技术的治疗，对照组患者接受微粒皮移植技术的治疗，对比应用效果。结果观察组患者植皮存活率为94.12%，高于对照组患者的76.47%，平均手术时间、愈合时间、住院天数均显著优于对照组患者，比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MEEK植皮在大面积烧伤肉芽创面中的应用效果显著，可有效抓住早期结痂机会、缩短愈合时间。

Objective To analyze and discuss the application of MEEK in large area skin wound in. Methods Group selec-tion in our hospital in 2013 may 2015 March were 34 large area burn patients, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the patients in the observation group received the treatment of Meek skin grafting technique, patients in the control group received the treatment of microskin grafting technology, compared the application results. Re-sults Patients in the observation group graft survival rate was 94.12%, higher than that of the control group were 76.47%, average operation time, healing time, length of hospital stay were significantly better than the control group, difference has statistical significance (P< 0.05). Conclusion The application effect of Meek skin grafting in large area burn granulation wound is significant, can effectively grasp the opportunities for early scab, shorten the healing time.
