心宝丸联合参松养心胶囊治疗窦缓伴室性早搏的临床效果评价

摘    要:目的:探究心宝丸联合参松养心胶囊治疗窦缓伴室性早搏的临床效果。方法随机选择该医院自2015年2月—2016年3月期间接受治疗的窦缓伴室性早搏患者100例作为研究对象,在患者及其家属知情的情况下,将其动态随机化分为实验组和对照组,两组均有患者50例。其中对照组患者给予常规治疗手段,实验组患者采用心宝丸联合参松养心胶囊治疗方案。比较两组患者的临床疗效。所得数据应用统计学方法进行分析。结果实验组中采用心宝丸联合参松养心胶囊治疗方案,治疗总有效率高达94.00%,高于对照组总有效率74.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心宝丸联合参松养心胶囊在治疗窦缓伴室性早搏中临床疗效显著,没有明显不良反应症状,具有广泛的临床推广意义。

Clinical Observation of Xinbao Pill Combined with Shensongyangsxin Cap-sule in the Treatment of Sinus Bradycardia with Frequent Premature Ven-tricular Contractions
Abstract:Objective To observe the therapy clinical effect of Xinbao pill combined with Shensongyangxin capsule in the treatment of premature ventricular contractions with sinus bradycardia.Methods Random selection 100 patients since February 2015 to March 2016 with sinus bradycardia with premature ventricular contractions were choosed for the study,in the informe of patients and their families,they were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,50 patients in both groups.The control group were given conventional treatment,while the experimental group were treated with xinbao pill combined with Shensongyangxin capsule. The resulting data were analyzed via statistical methods. Results In the experi-mental group by Xinbao pill combined with ginseng and Shensongyangxin capsule treatment, treatment efficiency up to 94%,higher than that of the control group, the total efficiency of 74.00%,with significant statistical difference (P< 0.05). Conclusion Xinbao pill combined with Shen Song Yangxin Capsule in treatment of sinus slow with ventricular premature beat in clinical curative effect,no obvious symptoms of adverse reactions,with a wide range of clinical significance.
