鼻内镜手术治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤临床疗效探究

目的：分析鼻内镜手术在治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院2014年2月—2015年2月期间收治的鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者70例，随机分为两组，各35例，对照组采用传统手术治疗，观察组采用鼻内镜手术治疗，分析比较两组患者治疗疗效。结果观察组复发率为5.71%，对照组复发率为22.86%，观察组复发率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05)；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05)。结论鼻内镜手术在治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤疗效显著，可有效减少并发症及复发情况，在临床应用中值得推广。

The Exploration of Clinical Effect of Nasal Inverted Papilloma Treated by Nasal Endoscopic Surgery

Objective To analyse the clinical effect of nasal inverted papilloma treated by nasal endoscopic surgery. Meth-ods Convenient selection selected 70 cases of patients with nasal inverted papilloma at our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015, to randomly divided into two groups, each 30 cases. The control group was treated by the traditional surgery, the treatment group was treated by nasal endoscopic surgery. To analysed and compared the treatment effect of them. Re-sults The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 5.71%, and the control was 22.86%, the treatment group was lower than the control, there was statistical significance (P﹤0.05). The incidence of complications of the treatment group was low-er than the control, there was statistical significance (P﹤0.05). Conclusion That has the obvious therapeutic effects of nasal inverted papilloma treated by nasal endoscopic surgery, able to effective draw down the complications and recrude-sces, that is worth for promotion.
