C反应蛋白和降钙素原检测对感染性疾病患者的临床应用价值

目的：探讨CRP和PCT检测对感染性疾病患者的应用价值。方法方便选取50例于2015年1月—2016年1月期间该院接收的住院患者，设为细菌感染组，同时选择同期健康对照者50名，设为对照组、检测两组的血清CRP和PCT水平及阳性检出率。结果细菌感染组PCT、CRP水平分别为（8.12±2.01）mg/L、（1.04±0.65）μg/L，指标阳性率分别70.0%、78.0%显著高于健康对照组水平，对照组分别为（4.21±0.42）mg/L、（0.43±0.92）μg/L，指标阳性率分别为22.0%、16.0%（P<0.05）。结论 PCT和CRP在细菌性感染时指数出现显著上升，可有效作为临床诊治提供依据。

Clinical Application of CRP and PCT Detection in Patients with Infectious Disease

Objective To study the clinical application value of CRP and PCT detection in patients with infectious disease. Methods Convenient selection 50 cases of hospitalized patients admitted in our hospital during January 2015 to January 2016, located in the bacterial infection group, at the same time, 50 cases of healthy control were selected, the serum levels of CRP and PCT in the two groups were detected and the positive rate was detected in the control group. Results Bacterial infection group PCT, CRP levels respectively (8.12 ± 2.01) mg/L, (1.04 ±0.65)μg/L and index were 70.0%、78.0% was sig-nificantly higher than that in healthy control group, respectively (4.21±0.42) mg/L, (0.43 ± 0.92) g/L and index positive rate respectively 22.0%、 16.0%(P<0.05). Conclusion CRP and PCT showed a significant increase in bacterial infection, which can be effectively used as the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
