龙胆泻肝汤联合耳穴贴压对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后肠功能恢复的影响

目的：观察探讨龙胆泻肝汤联合耳穴贴压对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后肠功能恢复的效果。方法方便选取2015年1一10月在普外科住院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者80例,随机分为两组,对照组和观察组各40例。对照组予以心理调护,监测生命体征,切口的观察及护理,疼痛的评估,饮食调理,指导患者的活动,出院指导等。观察组在对照组的基础上予以口服龙胆泻肝汤和耳穴贴压,对两组患者术后肠鸣音恢复及肛门首次排气时间进行记录、对比,并进行统计分析。结果观察组术后肠鸣音恢复时间为(15.01±2.30)h、对照组为(19.70±3.01)h；观察组术后肛门首次排气时间为(21.43±3.77）h、对照组为(36.81±4.79）h,观察组肠鸣音恢复及肛门首次排气时间明显比对照组提前(P﹤0.05）。结论龙胆泻肝汤联合耳穴贴压可促进腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者肠蠕动,尽早恢复肠鸣音、肛门排气,加快胃肠功能恢复,减少并发症,有利于患者早日康复。

Effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction Combined with Auricularacupressure on Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy of Intestinal Function Recovery

Objective Study of Longdan Xiegan decoction combined with auricular acupressure on laparoscopic cholecys-tectomy of intestinal function recovery effect. Methods Convenient selection 80 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the Department of general surgery from January to October 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The Control group received psychological nursing, monitoring vital signs,observation and nursing of incision, pain as-sessment, Dietary conditioning, guidance of patient activity, discharge guidance, etc.group on the basis of conventional nurs-ing to oral gentian, Longdan Xiegan Tang combined Ear point stickingon two groups of patients with postoperative bowel sounds recovery and anal exhaust time record for the first time, contrast, and statistical analysis. Results The observation group postoperative recovery time of bowel sounds(15.01±2.30)h, the control group(19.70±3.01)h,the observation group,the first exhaust time was (21.43±3.77)h,and the control group was (36.81±4.79)h, The observation group of borborygmus and anal exhaust time was significantly earlier than the control group (P﹤0.05). Conclusion Longdan Xiegan Tang combined Ear point stickingcan promote patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy peristalsis, bowel sounds recovery, anal exhaust as soon as possible, accelerate the recovery of gastric bowel function, reduce the complications, is beneficial to patients recover at an early date.
