针刺联合生物反馈治疗慢性功能性便秘疗效分析

目的：分析针刺联合生物反馈治疗慢性功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法随机选取该医院2014年2月—2015年11月诊治的78例慢性功能性便秘患者,根据患者临床治疗方法分组,观察组(n=39)患者采用针刺、生物反馈联合疗法,对照组(n=39)患者单纯采用生物反馈疗法,比较两组患者临床疗效及肛管测压结果。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率(92.31%)显著高于对照组(79.49%),差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)；观察组治疗后肛管静息压、最大收缩压、直肠感觉阈值、直肠最大耐受阈值分别为(14.89±2.89)mmHg、(64.08±15.63)mmHg、(34.56±22.54)mL、(195.63±35.74)mL,与对照组相比,肛管测压结果差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论针刺、生物反馈联合疗法治疗慢性功能性便秘,临床疗效显著,且具有安全性及有效性,对改善患者临床症状具有显著作用,值得临床推广。

Acupuncture Combined Biological Feedback Treatment of Chronic Func-tional Constipation Curative Effect Observation Analysis

Objective Analysis of the acupuncture combined the clinical curative effect of biological feedback treatment of chronic functional constipation. Methods Randomly selected from the hospital in February 2014 — November 2015, 78 cases of patients with chronic functional constipation, according to the clinical treatment group, the observation group (n =39) were treated by acupuncture, biofeedback combination therapy, the control group (n = 39) patients by biofeedback ther-apy alone, compared two groups of patients clinical curative effect and anal canal pressure results. Results Clinical obser-vation group total effective rate (92.31%) is significantly higher than control group (79.49%), 2 groups had significant differ-ence (P< 0.05);Observation group after treatment anal resting pressure, maximum systolic blood pressure, rectal sensation threshold, rectal maximum tolerance threshold (14.89±2.89) mmHg, respectively (64.08±15.63) mmHg, (34.56±22.54)mL, (195.63±35.74) mL, compared with control group, the anal canal pressure results improved significantly (P< 0.05). Con-clusion Acupuncture combination therapy, biological feedback treatment of chronic functional constipation, clinical curative effect is distinct, and has the safety and efficacy, to improve the patients' clinical symptoms have significant effect, worth clinical promotion.
