临床检验中C-反应蛋白的应用分析

目的：探讨C-反应蛋白在临床检验中的应用价值。方法方便选取该院2014年1月—2016年3月接诊冠心病患者80例进行研究，依据病情分组：SA组、UA组、AMI组。同期接待健康体检者50名作为对照组，均应用CRP进行检验，比较CRP含量。结果 AMI组、UA组、SA组治疗前CRP分别为（9.24±1.27)、（8.64±1.48)、（6.19±1.56)mg/L，治疗后则为（7.44±1.13)、（6.57±1.02)、（4.85±1.07)mg/L，对照组则为（2.01±0.37)mg/L，3组患者CRP含量与对照组CRP水平相比明显升高（P﹤0.05)，且AMI组>UA组>SA组>对照组；经治疗后3组患者CRP含量均有显著下降，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05)。结论冠心病CRP水平明显升高，不同病情患者CPR差异显著，可作为诊断评估依据。

Application of Clinical Testing the Protein C-Reactive

Objective To evaluate the value of C- reactive protein in clinical Test. Methods In our hospital from January 2014 to March 2016 admissions of 80 patients with coronary artery disease were studied, based on grouping condition: SA group, UA group, AMI group. Reception the same period 50 cases of healthy control group, all applications CRP tested compare CRP content. Results AMI group, UA group, SA CRP group before treatment were (9.24±1.27) mg/L, (8.64±1.48) mg/L, (6.19±1.56) mg/L, after treatment was (7.44±1.13) mg/L, (6.57±1.02) mg/L, (4.85±1.07) mg/L,, the control group was (2.01± 0.37) mg/L,,The results are given in the data representative]: 3 patients CRP content compared to the control group CRP levels increased significantly (P﹤0.05), and the AMI group>UA group>SA group> control group; after treatment 3 patients CRP contents were significantly decreased compared with before treatment difference was statistically significant (P﹤0.05). Conclusion CRP levels were significantly increased coronary heart disease, CPR significant differences in the patient's con-dition can be used as basis for the diagnostic evaluation.
