人文关怀在离休老干部心理护理中的实施效果观察

目的：分析探讨人文关怀在离休老干部心理护理中的实施效果,为临床进行优质护理提供参考依据。方法随机选取100例离休老干部患者作为该研究的对象,这100例患者均为该院收治,收治时间在2012年4月21日—2015年4月21日期间,对照组采取常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上实施人文关怀护理,并在护理结束后,对比分析两组的护理效果。结果实验组的护理总满意率为96.00%(48/50),对照组的护理总满意率为78.00%(39/50),P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义；实验组的SAS评分和SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义；实验组的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论人文关怀在离休老干部心理护理中具有积极的实施效果。

Humanistic Care in the Observation of Effect of Psychological Nursing of Retired Veteran Cadres

Objective Analysis of humanistic care in retired old cadres psychological nursing effect, for clinical nursing quality to provide reference. The SAS score and SDS score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P< 0.05), the difference was statistically significant; quality of life scores in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion Human-istic care in retired old cadres of psychological nursing has positive effec.
