小儿尿道下裂的临床治疗及疗效评估报道

目的：探讨小儿尿道下裂的临床治疗及疗效。方法整群选取该院自2014年1月—2015年5月以来所收治的75例小儿尿道下裂患儿，按照抽签法将患儿分为传统组(37例)和尿道板组(38例)。传统组施以传统横行包皮岛状皮瓣尿道成形术；尿道板组施以尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形术。评价：①手术效果；②手术时间、出血情况；③手术并发症发生情况。结果①尿道板组患儿手术效果100.00%显著比传统组81.08%高，差异有统计学意义，P<0.05；②尿道板组手术时间(40.23±6.34)min更短、出血(32.53±7.44)mL更少，差异有统计学意义，P<0.05；③尿道板组手术并发症发生情况显著比传统组少，其中，传统组尿瘘、排尿困难、阴茎下弯分别5例、4例和3例；尿道板组分别为1例、1例和0例，差异有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形术治疗小儿尿道下裂效果确切，创伤小，操作更简单，并发症更少，值得推广。

The Clinical Treatment of Children Hypospadias and Curative Effect Eval-uation Report

Objective To explore the clinical treatment and curative effect of children hypospadias.Methods Group selec-tion from January 2014 to 2015 May 75 cases children with hypospadias were treated by, according to the children with the draw method divided into conventional group (37 cases) and urinary tract plate group (38 cases). Traditional group with tra-ditional transverse package PiDao flap urethroplasty; Urethral plate group with urethral plate slitting roll tube urethroplasty. Evaluation: ①the effect of surgery; ②the operation time, bleeding; ③surgery complications.Results ①the urethral plate group with the surgical effect of 100.00%significantly than the traditional group 81.08% high, there was statistically signif-icant difference, P< 0.05; ②the urethral plate group, operation time of (40.23±6.34)min shorter, bleeding(32.53±7.44)mL less, there was statistically significant difference, P<0.05;③urethral plate group complications occurrence was significant-ly higher than the traditional group less, which, traditional group of urinary fistula, dysuria, penis bending respectively in 5 cases, in 4 cases and 3 cases;urethral plate groups respectively in 1 case, 1 and 0, there is significant difference, P< 0.05. Conclusion Urethral plate slitting roll pipe children hypospadias urethroplasty treatment effect is exact, small trauma, op-erating more simple, less complications, worthy of promotion.
